Job Summary
Focused on enhancing patient experiences, the full-time Senior Fullstack Engineer will develop growth and retention features using TypeScript and React, running experiments and improving the patient journey in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship growth and retention features, ensuring success metrics are defined and met
- Instrument features and experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with product management to determine future initiatives
- Review code and address incidents in the patient experience areas owned by the engineer
Required qualifications
- Full-stack TypeScript production experience, including backend APIs on AWS and front-end features in React
- Experience shipping growth or retention features in a consumer product, utilizing A/B tests and analytics instrumentation
- Proven ability to create polished, mobile-friendly web experiences with a focus on performance and usability
- Healthtech experience in a digital health environment, including handling PHI and HIPAA practices (preferred)
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical design decisions (preferred)
