Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements for software development teams
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA, and facilitate Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and lead sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong expertise with JIRA and experience in large Agile software development projects
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Federal Health Agencies
