Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate sessions to gather user needs
- Manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- Ten years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
