Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely to support software development teams for Veterans Affairs projects.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and conduct user interviews to develop business process models
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring proper change control and backlog management
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
