Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT teams to document and manage requirements in an Agile environment, while working remotely and requiring a Public Trust security clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while establishing strong relationships with product and business owners
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
