Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and mentor junior analysts in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements and manage changes effectively
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
