Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies, and support the development team in understanding requirements details.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA
- Facilitate Agile requirement management activities and backlog refinement sessions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong background in managing large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Expertise with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
