Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
- Manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in analyzing user needs to determine functional and technical requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
