Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements in an ALM tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impacts on technical solutions and manage project-related requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development, with experience in Agile/Scaled Agile Framework methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
