Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and perform Agile requirement management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture of business requirements and manage them using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Perform backlog refinement and support Agile methodologies to ensure successful completion of project sprints
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
