Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with business users and IT, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams while managing requirements in an Agile environment remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Facilitate sessions and conduct user interviews to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
