Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage them in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements using an ALM tool, such as JIRA
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Support Agile methodologies by managing product backlogs and facilitating backlog refinement sessions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Federal Health Agency
