Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development
- Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Federal Health Agency
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
