Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements in an ALM tool, while working remotely and supporting Agile product development for Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
