Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements for software development teams
- Manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, specifically JIRA, and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and removing impediments to ensure successful Sprint completions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, with a preference for experience in large Agile projects
- Strong background in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project execution
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working in a Federal Health Agency or knowledge of healthcare billing and claims processing applications is preferred
