Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements and manage them using an ALM tool, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements for software development
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers and facilitate sessions to assess impacts and validate requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
