Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers and stakeholders to assess impacts and manage requirements across various projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
