Senior Functional Analyst II
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst II will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams while working remotely and requiring a Public Trust security clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture of business requirements and manage them in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Collaborate with business users and IT to document functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
