Senior Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Driving the strategy of client solutions, the full-time Senior Functional Consultant will manage the implementation process, develop configuration strategies, and provide tailored best practices to ensure a remarkable client experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the solution strategy and collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of the Kantata solution
- Identify and solve complex business problems while aligning client requirements with Kantata's best practices
- Drive deployment activities including requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred
- 10+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical field such as professional services or consulting
- Experience designing, configuring, and deploying SaaS-based software solutions, including custom reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions and implementation methodologies
- Broad technical knowledge of internet-based products and technologies
