Job Summary
To support the administration of various ETFs, the full-time Senior Fund Administrator will guide a team of administrators, manage daily fund accounting oversight, and coordinate with third-party service providers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance, training, and development for staff administrators
- Assist in managing daily fund accounting oversight, including NAV review
- Coordinate fund audits with independent auditors and service providers
Required qualifications
- Five to seven years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; MBA is desirable
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services
- Specific experience and knowledge with SEC regulatory requirements for funds
