Senior Fundraising Associate

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations for the distributed fundraising program, the full-time Senior Fundraising Associate will provide guidance to group leaders, ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for group leaders, providing timely support and guidance on fundraising compliance and program engagement
• Develop and implement efficient processes for tracking fundraising and spending, ensuring groups understand eligibility and compliance requirements
• Create training materials and resources to assist groups in effectively utilizing the distributed fundraising program

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in nonprofit fundraising or program administration
• Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, for data management and analysis
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
