Seeking a full-time Senior GCP Attack Engineer, this remote position will lead the development of cloud attack capabilities within NodeZero, focusing on researching GCP attack paths, designing production-quality Python attack capabilities, and shaping the GCP offensive security strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research into GCP attack paths and service misconfigurations while developing offensive capabilities
- Design and implement Python attack capabilities across various GCP services, ensuring reliable proof of exploitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities into production and document methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering and/or offensive security experience
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP security and cloud-native security concepts
- Strong Python engineering skills with a focus on automation and product capabilities
- Experience in cloud penetration testing or offensive security research
- Proven ability to own ambiguous technical work and communicate effectively with diverse partners
