Senior General Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Adjuster will manage and resolve complex General Liability claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to plan and resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure timely communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activities efficiently, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY preferred
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
