Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will manage complex bodily injury and litigation claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Apply claims management expertise to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and outcomes
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY preferred
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
