Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of complex Bodily Injury and General Liability claims, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with claimants and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
