Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve moderate General Liability claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the claims file outcome

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states preferred (TX, FL, NY)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
