Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability claims, the fully remote Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY preferred
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
