Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability claims, the fully remote Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve claims exposure effectively
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support outcomes
• Investigate and evaluate claims while partnering with clients to enhance the claims management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions preferred (TX, FL, NY)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
