Senior Generative AI Scientist

Job Summary

Focused on Model Risk and Responsible AI, the full-time Senior Generative AI Scientist II will deliver solutions to identify payment integrity issues and improve healthcare outcomes while conducting model validation and monitoring activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver solutions to help clients reduce healthcare costs and improve quality through model validation and monitoring
• Conduct independent model validation and assess model drift for effective model risk management
• Drive improvements in model monitoring activities and manage model metadata effectively

Required qualifications

• Graduate Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research
• 5+ years of hands-on data science/AI experience with tools like pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Experience with natural language processing techniques and deploying LLMs using frameworks such as HuggingFace
• Understanding of Responsible AI concepts, including explainability and AI risk management frameworks
• Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
