Senior GIS Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming spatial and demographic data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Senior GIS Analyst will lead advanced site selection, workforce, and market analyses, while developing compelling visual narratives to support client decision-making and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex analyses including site selection, labor analytics, and demographic evaluations to inform real estate strategies
- Produce high-quality maps, dashboards, and reports that translate analytical findings into clear narratives for clients
- Serve as a location intelligence advisor, collaborating with brokers and business teams to define analytical questions and interpret results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in GIS, location intelligence, or geospatial analytics
- Demonstrated experience in leading advanced site selection and spatial analyses in a client-driven environment
- Advanced proficiency in the Esri platform, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
- Experience with Python, ModelBuilder, or GIS automation tools is preferred
