Senior Global Mobility Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing global mobility function, the full-time Senior Global Mobility Partner will manage end-to-end immigration and mobility matters, lead complex U.S. immigration strategies, and advise stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of immigration and mobility matters, including sponsorship, relocation, and cross-border transfers
• Lead strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration issues in partnership with outside counsel
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel and mobility partners, ensuring service quality and employee experience

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive global mobility experience in an in-house corporate role
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and the ability to assess options independently
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive mobility matters
• Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, and benefits considerations related to cross-border moves
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively
