Senior Global Mobility Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing global mobility function, the full-time Senior Global Mobility Partner will manage immigration and mobility matters, lead strategy for complex U.S. immigration issues, and enhance workflows in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters including sponsorship, relocation, and business travel
• Lead strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters in partnership with outside counsel
• Advise candidates, employees, and business leaders on mobility options while managing relationships with external mobility partners

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive global mobility experience in an in-house corporate role
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and the broader mobility lifecycle
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive mobility matters
• Working knowledge of tax, compensation, and benefits considerations surrounding cross-border moves
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively
