Senior Global Program Manager

Job Summary

As a strategic partner to product team leaders, the full-time remote Senior Global Program Manager will drive the development and implementation of high-quality, cross-functional project plans aligned with program strategy while facilitating resource planning and risk management.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with functional leads to develop integrated, cross-functional plans for Work Package Teams aligned with program strategy
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability, conducting risk management and scenario planning
• Coordinate activities with external partners and contribute to successful partnership outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in drug development and commercialization functions
• Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment
• Emotional intelligence skills for influencing without authority in a matrix environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies related to the Biopharmaceutical Industry
