Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to apply client branding and high-quality graphic design to create tailored learning materials and presentations while collaborating with instructional designers and project managers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize learning solutions and tools for internal FranklinCovey projects, ensuring adherence to brand standards
• Apply client branding to existing content and create visually engaging presentations and participant materials for custom client projects
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and evolve design templates and style guides to streamline future work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Strong expertise in presentation and document design, particularly with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in B2B or learning environments with a focus on leadership development or culture-change content
• Familiarity with project management technologies such as Asana or Smartsheets
