Job Summary
Transforming complex technical information into high-impact visuals, the full-time Senior Graphic Designer will support federal proposals and marketing efforts by creating compelling graphics and presentations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop brand-compliant graphics for federal proposals, including infographics and data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into visually engaging communications
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations and custom illustrations that effectively communicate key differentiators and technical concepts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the Federal Government or GovCon environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong skills in PowerPoint presentation design
- Solid experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements for government-facing documents
