Job Summary
To provide visual media support, the remote Graphic Designer IV will produce complex multimedia products, including 3D assets and motion graphics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing AI to enhance video production.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to create multimedia content
- Produce complex multimedia products, including 3D assets and custom icons, while defining visual standards for customer products
- Deliver production-ready designs and documentation, coaching peers and training personnel as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of related graphic design experience
- At least 5 years of experience working within a DoD Center of Excellence, preferably at MEDCoE
- Strong design thinking skills and experience with user groups, including early user testing
- Ability to move from ideation to execution with minimal direction
- Expert skills in visual design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or equivalent
