Senior GRC Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the governance, risk, and compliance program end to end, the full-time Senior GRC Analyst will manage SOC 2 audits, maintain PHI governance, and drive vendor and AI-model risk reviews in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run SOC 2 compliance, including auditor relationships and evidence collection using Vanta
- Build and maintain an inventory of PHI and address HIPAA governance gaps
- Conduct security reviews for vendors and AI model providers, ensuring documented risk assessments
Required qualifications
- Senior-level GRC or compliance experience in a SaaS environment with SOC 2 audit ownership
- Familiarity with AI coding tools for compliance verification
- Proven ability to write clear policies and standards for engineering teams
- Experience in a startup environment with a strong ownership mindset
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or similar frameworks is a plus
