Senior Growth Designer

Job Summary

Experienced designers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Growth Designer, responsible for leading the CRO design function, driving measurable conversion improvements across ecommerce surfaces, and building a scalable design system while collaborating closely with the CRO Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design side of the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, variant design, and result analysis
• Drive measurable improvements in CVR, CTR, AOV, and LTV through high-quality design execution on key ecommerce pages
• Build and govern the Freebird design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all digital touchpoints

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience, particularly in DTC or ecommerce environments
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact, including CVR, CTR, and AOV improvements
• Proven experience managing an experimentation workflow from hypothesis development to result analysis
• Experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma
• Fluency with behavioral analytics tools such as heatmaps and A/B testing platforms
