Senior Growth Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing engineering function, the full-time remote Senior Growth Engineer will build production-grade systems to enhance customer acquisition by automating workflows, sourcing accounts, and integrating data across GTM teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build internal tools, services, and automations to improve the efficiency of Sales and Growth teams
- Identify and operationalize data signals to prioritize high-potential accounts across various verticals
- Design, deploy, and maintain reliable applications while ensuring strong architectural and security practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building and maintaining production applications
- Strong system-design fundamentals and experience in making architectural decisions
- Proficiency in a modern tech stack and experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Growth, or other GTM functions
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data or automation tools
