Job Summary

Combining creative thinking with technical execution, the full-time Senior Growth Hacker will identify unconventional growth opportunities and design strategies to drive rapid growth across the acquisition and retention funnel in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop experiments to validate non-obvious growth levers across the customer journey
• Execute creative acquisition strategies, including viral loops, referral mechanics, and product-led growth
• Analyze growth funnels and optimize performance marketing campaigns to improve ROI through testing and iteration

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental marketing role
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in implementing growth experiments involving code, automation, or APIs
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and ability to work with raw data to generate insights
• Experience with various acquisition channels, including SEO, paid media, and product-led tactics
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
