Job Summary

To identify and exploit unconventional growth opportunities, the full-time Senior Growth Hacker will design and test innovative strategies for customer acquisition and retention in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth levers across the customer journey and develop experiments to validate them
• Execute creative acquisition strategies, including viral loops, referral mechanics, and product-led growth
• Manage performance marketing campaigns and optimize ROI through continuous testing and iteration

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a similar experimental marketing role
• Strong technical skills with experience in implementing growth experiments involving code and automation
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and the ability to work with raw data for insights
• Experience with various acquisition channels such as SEO, paid media, and viral tactics
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
