Job Summary

To identify and exploit unconventional growth opportunities, the full-time Senior Growth Hacker will design and test innovative strategies across the acquisition and retention funnel while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth levers across the customer journey and develop experiments to validate them quickly
• Execute creative acquisition strategies, including viral loops, referral mechanics, and product-led growth
• Build and analyze growth funnels to uncover friction points and improve conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental marketing role
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in implementing growth experiments involving code, automation, or APIs
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and ability to work with raw data to generate insights
• Experience with various acquisition channels, including SEO, paid media, and product-led tactics
• Creative and resourceful problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments
