Job Summary

To identify and exploit unconventional growth opportunities, the full-time Senior Growth Hacker will design and test innovative strategies for acquisition and retention in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth levers across the customer journey and develop rapid experiments to validate them
• Execute creative acquisition strategies, including viral loops, referral mechanics, and product-led growth
• Analyze growth funnels to uncover friction points and improve conversion rates through data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a similar experimental marketing role
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in implementing growth experiments involving code and automation
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and ability to work with raw data to generate insights
• Experience with various acquisition channels, including SEO, paid media, and product-led tactics
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
