Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the remote Senior Growth Intelligence Analyst will manage the translation of customer and commercial signals into actionable growth recommendations, ensuring effective lead conversion and alignment with marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define criteria for customer progression through the marketing funnel
• Translate customer attributes and intent signals into prioritization logic and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize decision logic and monitor recommendation performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing analytics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and decisioning logic
• Experience in translating insights into actionable business requirements
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving initiatives without direct authority
