Job Summary

Focused on building a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework, the remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing playbooks to generate and accelerate pipeline across North America and EMEA, leveraging automation and orchestration to identify and nurture high-potential accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
• Drive multi-channel initiatives to guide prospects through the buyer journey
• Design and oversee automated agents to streamline workflows and accelerate program delivery

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience in growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, preferably in B2B technology or cybersecurity
• Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies and modern growth technologies
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools like UserGems or 6Sense
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for campaign optimization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content
