Key responsibilities

• Build and execute growth strategies, including market analysis, buyer personas, and positioning
• Plan and manage two-sided demand generation across various channels, including paid search, social media, and partnerships
• Create and distribute content that educates and converts potential customers, while overseeing landing pages and conversion paths

Required qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs linked to qualified pipeline and revenue
• Advanced, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation and CRM workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess growth metrics and customer value
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and execute priority work independently
• Excellent writing and communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
