Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Influencer Affiliates, this remote full-time position will manage and scale the influencer marketing program, collaborating with various teams to enhance content delivery and ROI.
Key responsibilities:
- Scale the US & CA influencer program ROI while managing relationships with a large group of influencers
- Identify and onboard new influencer talent, developing an editorial calendar and marketing briefs for campaigns
- Own comprehensive reporting of program KPIs and present updates to leadership and cross-functional partners
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing within a consumer-facing or global brand
- Proven track record in scaling and managing influencer marketing programs
- Deep expertise in creative influencer and paid social strategies across major platforms
- Strong fluency in financial metrics, including the ability to create financial models and forecasts
- Familiarity with influencer tools such as CreatorIQ and Impact
