Job Summary
Owning Doppler's self-serve growth engine, the full-time Senior Growth Product Manager will drive key metrics related to revenue and user activation while working remotely to shape product and marketing strategies that enhance developer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage self-serve revenue metrics, including visit-to-signup and free-to-paid conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize pre-signup experiences and identify factors that lead to active, paying users
- Build and lead the experimentation practice to drive significant business growth through data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on self-serve or PLG funnels in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a solid understanding of the AI agent ecosystem
- Proven track record of experiments that have measurably increased revenue or conversion rates
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with experimentation platforms
- Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand developer needs
