Senior GTM Enablement Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing enablement function, the full-time Senior GTM Enablement Manager will partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic programs that drive adoption and measurable impact on GTM KPIs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead GTM enablement for key strategic programs, establishing clear KPIs and change management plans to ensure sustainable adoption
- Incorporate enablement programs into the onboarding process to accelerate new hire productivity
- Drive a sustained coaching motion to enhance reps' ability to articulate value to customers, supporting a manager-led coaching program
Required qualifications
- 3+ years developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization
- Experience leveraging AI in coaching, content delivery, and program measurement
- Prior experience with LMS & CMS platforms
- Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs tied to enablement programs
