Senior GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Growth Engineering function, the full-time Senior GTM Engineer will build technical systems to enhance customer acquisition by automating workflows, sourcing accounts, and integrating data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build internal tools and automation to improve the efficiency of Sales and Growth teams
- Identify and operationalize data signals to prioritize high-potential accounts across various verticals
- Design and maintain reliable applications with a focus on architectural integrity, security, and scalability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production applications
- Strong system-design fundamentals and experience in architectural decision-making
- Proficiency in a modern tech stack and experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Growth, or other go-to-market functions
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data or automation tools
